Privacy

Your account details, the family information you add (children, schedules, messages, expenses, documents, journal entries and decisions), and basic technical information needed to run the service securely.

To provide the features you signed up for: keeping the shared calendar in sync, delivering messages, tracking costs, storing documents, and keeping records time-stamped so an export can show a record has not been altered since it was created.

Your journal, private notes and unshared documents are visible only to you. Shared items are visible to your co-parent, and to companion or lawyer accounts only where you have granted view-only access. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to what is needed to operate and support the service, and processing is carried out in line with data protection law.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time, correct your details, and revoke access you have granted. To protect the accuracy of records both parents rely on, entries created jointly — such as shared calendar events, messages between parents and shared expense records — remain part of the family's shared record unless removed by mutual agreement. Your journal, private notes and unshared documents are yours alone to delete.
