You need your own account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are for individual parents and the people they invite; please don't share a login.

ChildApart exists to help families coordinate calmly. Harassment, threats, or using the service to intimidate another person are not permitted, and may result in an account being suspended.

ChildApart is a paid subscription. The current plan, price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe and in your account settings.

Your data remains yours. We store it to provide the service, keep message and decision records tamper-evident, and let you export or delete your information.

ChildApart is a practical tool, not legal advice, and it does not replace a lawyer, mediator or court. How records are treated in any proceedings is a matter for the court concerned.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes are notified in the app before they take effect.
